Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided once your request is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because Clearmotiv products are made in limited batches and often custom manufactured, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect sizing/fitment

  • Used, installed, or modified items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the one you have (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit provider may take additional time to process the refund.
