Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer Australia-wide shipping, with international shipping available on select products.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.

SECTION 3 - FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, CLEARMOTIV may offer free shipping promotions on specific products or for orders over a set minimum amount.
If free shipping is available, it will be clearly displayed during checkout or in promotional materials.

SECTION 4 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the courier’s system.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of purchase, please contact us at clearmotiv@gmail.com for assistance.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING DELAYS AND LIABILITY

CLEARMOTIV is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (including weather, strikes, or natural disasters).
Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

If your order appears delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number before reaching out to us.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the packaging and the affected item(s).

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
CLEARMOTIV is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

SECTION 7 - ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

CLEARMOTIV is not responsible for customs delays or charges applied after shipment.
